GREAT, affordable petcare. The ladies at the front desk aren't rude--they just have to deal with idiots all day long. The clinic is not cheap- they just don't waste money on appearances. – They ask customers to leave their pets in the car because the animals will fight if they are inside together. While other clinics around town are highly overpriced, Weisner, Innis & Schoen only charged me what was necessary to heal my cat. They gave me clear instructions on how to care for Sadie. Rudest Receptionists In Town! – I stopped taking my pets there a few years ago for one reason: The receptionists are the RUDEST, NASTIEST women I have ever met in an office setting. I now go to a more expensive veterinary clinic but it's worth it to be treated decently. The veterinarians are OK but I always felt rushed in and out and that would cause me to forget to ask everything I need to know about my pet's treatment.
Excellent pet care, affordable price.... – All of my experiences with this office have been satisfactory. I'll admit the front desk ladies aren't the friendliest gals, but they have never been rude to me at all. The Doctors are great and have always provided excellent care for my pets.
If you love your pet you won't take them here – I moved from a very good vet to this office because of the price. I didn't think that I would be sacrificing the health of my dogs. Essentially my dog was due for a heartworm test and they did not tell me about it until it was the last minute when I needed to refill her prescription for heartworm medication. Very poor service. The front desk staff is very rude and unconcerned about one's sick pet. They have shown me on many occasions through their rude remarks they really don't care about one's sick pet – The vets are good, however not worth the verbal abuse one has to go through to see them. I would rather pay a little more and be confident my pet and myself are treated with kindness and concern from all employees. Good vets, great price, so-so customer service. – I have been a client here for quite some time. Pros, and why I stay: Best prices in town. Shop around, you will see. Nice vets, nice vet techs. Very convenient office hours...open until 10:00 PM some nights! One of the few local practices who will see you on the weekends at a price lower than the Emergency people. GREAT VETS, RUDE FRONT DESK – THE VETS AT THIS LOCATION ARE GREAT! THEIR GREAT WITH MY DOG AND ALWAYS HAVE GREAT ADVICE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CARE FOR ALL THE ANIMALS THERE.
