We've been going to the Drs office for years now. Really like all of them. I would see any of them. Innis, Schoen or Hutchinson without worry. They have comforted me and my pets through good and bad times. Given good advice and sympathy. The problem with the office staff is I think they are overwhelmed with clients and phone calls and may try to keep conversations short which may come across as rude. That doesn't bother me. karen

I DO NOT recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. My family used to take our beloved dogs to this clinic until they misdiagnosed our Golden Retriever. We took our Golden Retriever there because he was constantly gagging and vomiting up foam and sometimes had trouble breathing. Schoen said that our dog needed his teeth cleaned and that his vomiting/gagging/breathing issues were due to a tooth infection. What really counts in a veterinarian – Okay, so maybe the secretaries are not the friendliest people in the world, but they are not the ones caring for your beloved pet. I don't know about you, but I'm not at the vet for my own personal enjoyment, I'm there for my baby. That said, the vets are amazing. They are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. Extremely Busy Office! Often missunderstood – The amount of calls and services they perform are amazing! Prices, have you ever compared them...Financially do able! As far as some of the new staff over the years, who doesn't need advice or don't be afraid to share concerns! They answer all questions they way someone can understand and do what's best for pet and owner, THEY REALLY DO CARE! I have been going there for at least 16 years and have tried others and ALWAYS RETURNED BACK!

fantastic prices, ok service – they do a free stool sample and $12.50 urinalysis on cats. that's the cheapest i could find by far. i don't need a fancy facility, free beverages, or a hot front desk lady. what i need is cheap reliable care for an animal that already costs me too much. these guys win. the only con is how freakin long they make you wait. we waited for a nearly an hour for the vet to show.

Vet barked orders at dog – vet barked orders at a dog who was already muzzled (soft cloth) dog is not used to this vet office- changed a year ago - perhaps the front desk rudeness comes from some of the staff......geez Literally barked orders at cornered dog who they were trying to draw blood from I calmly asked that she not yell then raised my tone a squinch-rolled her eyes at me !!!! Rudeness is contagious...the more women (staff) the worse the visit !!!!!!!

Good doctors, office staff needs attitude adjustments! – I have been bringing pets here for approx 4 years for my three pets. Every time I go in, the staff acts like they hate their jobs; they are rude and crabby and unprofessional. When I went in this week, I was the only one in line, two receptionists behind the desk, one looked at me and took her personal call before greeting or even acknowledging me - even though she was looking at me! Great Vets, Rude Front Desk – I took my do after hours because I thought that she had a stroke or seizure. The vet was Amazing. Have also gone to routine appointments and the front desk staff needs a course on customer service. They are rude and seem not to care about their jobs. They seem like they don't want to be there, but are there because they just have to be there.

Best Vets in Town – The Vets and staff at W,I&S have always been there for my animals no matter the problem. After one appointment elsewhere (for an older dog we got that had had another vet) I was back at W,I & S for the rest of that dog's life. Their down to earth solutions and willingness to accommodate every situation have made them friends for life. We have taken animals there for 30 + years and would never go anywhere else.
