I contacted this business for the purpose of an inquiry. They were the most patient, understanding, and helpful people that I have had contact with in a long time. I intend to go to them for my automotive needs.
Great independent VW mechanic I've had a couple minor services and one major one performed here, and these folks are top-notch. For about 50%-75% of dealer prices, they offer better service, courtesy rides to work/home, and just a general feeling that they actually value your business and respect your car.
prices are good, service so/so Compare prices, and they're not bad. The service however is starting to slip. Make sure you make an appointment that gets recorded!
RecommendedHeather and Allen had never met me as I bought my jetta the day after Christmas but my interior light was not all the way off and it ran my battery down. I called and asked if I could come by to check the battery and they gladly said yes. They looked it over and didn't charge me. I'll definitely be back for future issues. Thank you guys for such great hospitality! And the doggies were an added bonus too!
