They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Dr. H is great! I've seen multiple psychiatrists, and my experience with Mary has been, without a doubt, the best. All of the basic things (being able to contact her, parking, adequate staff, etc) that you'd expect from any doctor are more than satisfactory, but I really want to point out something more specific. I'm a transgendered woman. She has shown me an incredible amount of compassion and has made me feel very safe. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.
