I will not recommend this practice to anyone. I thought I "mattered" to Dr H, but when it came to her front office employee, Julie, I was treated like crap. She was argumentative, neglected to send my prescription paper work in to Express Scipts (my mail order insurance - which cost me $700 out of pocket) and now she has flat out refused to send my new doctor my records after 4 requests.... Everything was going along pretty much fin until I wanted to taper of klonopin which is very addictive. She suggested a dangerous tapering schedule. I brought her a tapering schedule I felt comfortable with and she agreed to it, raised no objections. Two weeks later I get a prescription with her tapering schedule, one that I had made clear I was not comfortable with. My appointments don't ever get cancelled. I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I will absolutely return. she is compassionate caring and understanding, making everyone comfortable in there trials, I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. rick
