purchased a truck for $22,500 drove it 80 miles check engine like came. $1,300. later replaced the exhaust sensor and replaced the DEF resevor. The only check over they did on this vehicle was a safety inspection quoted by sales manager. $22,500 is not chicken feed to me. Sales manager talked like this is everyday business. Will not refer to anyone. If, the owner knows this is going on shame on him.
Purchased a 2011 Truck Chevrolet Silverado Duramax 3500 . You stated it checked out good through the service department. Drove the truck 80 miles and check engine light comes on replace the C1 sensor $259 dollars later. Drove the truck another 40 miles check engine light comes on and now going to replace the DEF tank which had a crack in it is why the check engine light comes on now going to spend another $1,100 . The service department has always taken care of me and my vehicles without trying to talk me into extras. I was lucky today for them to be open on a Saturday (most places are not around here) they were able to work us in to fix a tire for me. The TV, snacks, and drinks kept my kiddos entertained and I was very pleasantly surprised with the baby changing station they had available. I know that’s an odd compliment but for a stressed out mom it sure was helpful!

Rodney was great. Completely straightforward and we were in and out with my new to me car fairly quickly, as they we extremely busy. Will definitely do future business with them.
We dealt with Ron and he was great! Easy to talk to and straight forward. Amy, with financing, was fantastic and got us an incredible deal. Excited to do work with them in the future!
They don't seem to be a scamming dealership. I have only had one purchase from them and it went well with no BS and recently had one maintenance job, again straight business without coming back telling me of all the other 'things that need to be done' - I'll go back.
Hutcheson Ford diagnosed my truck and got it up and running in no time. Kept in contact with me and let me know everything that was being done. Very reasonably priced. Thanks for the great service.
