Had a great buying experience. We had our own financing lined up and were up front about this so it created no issues. Everything our sales rep Ron Riffel communicated with us was concise and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle everything that had been promised was delivered upon. I would highly recommend this dealership and would do business with them again anytime!
Horrible customer service. Sales manager refused to return phone calls after we said we was not going to finance thru them. We tried putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don’t accept them. Too bad for us if someone else comes to buy it before we could get everything finalized with the bank. The bank was even willing to send a note of assurance that we was going to buy it. Sales manager said nope, not saving it for you. Then just stop taking calls or returning calls from the bank. Called my buddy Drew Tucker to buy a car from him this weekend. My car literally fell apart on me driving to STL and I was in need of a car ASAP. Not only did he sell me a great car but he loaded up my old car and pulled it away for me. I can't thank Drew enough for his help through this.
