Fantastic hassle-free buying experience with Clayton and Drew. I don’t typically enjoy the dealership experience but these guys made an out of state transaction as easy as possible. I went to Hutcheson as someone buying a car on their own for the first time. I always had my husband to do that. He passed away in April and I needed to get out from under the steep truck payment I currently had, and pay cash for something more affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. From the test drive to the final sale they were able to accommodate any issue. I was sick the week I bought my car and they sent all the paperwork to my email and I signed everything there. They even delivered the car to my house. Tristan, Matt and Drew answered every possible question I had and even a few more. I am so thankful we have a dealership like Hutcheson Ford in our area.
One of the best dealers to purchase a vehicle. The sales team and staff are super awesome, I got an amazing deal for my old truck in a trade in (higher value than KBB). The entire process of applying for a loan, and documentation were taken care of in less than an hour's time and I was able to drive home with a new truck!!
