Fantastic hassle-free buying experience with Clayton and Drew. I don’t typically enjoy the dealership experience but these guys made an out of state transaction as easy as possible. The team at Hutcheson Ford consistently goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. They always have. On one occasion, I questioned a diagnosis they made, and instead of brushing it off, they took the time to walk me through their process and clearly explain how they reached their conclusion. I recently purchased a truck from Hutcheson Ford and was very pleased with their process. First, I thought their pricing was very fair on the truck, especially when compared to other dealerships I had been shopping. They also came down a bit on asking price further without a fuss, likely based on principle even though they wouldn't have had to. I went to Hutcheson as someone buying a car on their own for the first time. I always had my husband to do that. He passed away in April and I needed to get out from under the steep truck payment I currently had, and pay cash for something more affordable. They made me feel so comfortable and made the experience completely hassle free. They went over my Bronco with a fine toothed comb and made sure I was comfortable with it before I took it home.
