Caleb came right out to see if I needed anything, was very nice and helpful. Hutcheson Ford has the best deals anywhere, as far as I could tell on my research. I bought a beautiful low mileage Taurus for dirt cheap, and am incredibly impressed with the sales and finance departments. I couldn't be happier spending money!
I came in for new tires and asked them to check out the vehicle since I had just been towed out of a snow bank. They knew I had a 100+ mile trip home and told me they would do an inspection. They never tightened the lug nuts on my wheels. My wheels started rattling on the way home and I lost a few lug nuts before I realized what was wrong. Always check your vehicle after you leave. Very dangerous mistake.
We had issues with our truck while traveling cross country so we had to stop to get it worked on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Everyone is kind and helpful. We had a toddler, 3 dogs, and a cat with us they let us bring them all in until our truck was done. Wish I could rate them higher! Got us in and out under and hour.

We had a wonderful experience from the phone conversation to driving off the lot with our purchase. The sales team answered all the questions we had and left us more than satisfied. Drew (salesman) and Amy (Finance Manager) were both amazing. I would recommend this location for purchases; it was well worth our drive. One great note is they did not penalize us for having outside financial sourcing. Meaning they did not charge us a $300 dollar "administrative fee" to sell us a car. Thank you very much!!

I purchased my 2017 Expedition from Sara. She was very helpful and did her best to help us through the process. I was delivered my vehicle by Sara after I was told I had to wire funds which I found odd. The next morning I discovered the heat/ac vents were not working. I went to my local dealership and had them diagnose the problem. It was a $563 repair. Hutcheson would not agree to cover the repair unless I brought the vehicle to them.
