I have also tried calling the school for my refund. When I started in August 2018, I was told that my financial aide will post to my account by Jan 2019 and I will be notified about a possible refund. It is now almost June, and I have yet to hear anything! I keep getting the runaround from the ADP Accounting department as well as another individual (I will leave her name anonymous, for now) and they take forever to respond via email, and when they do, they shift the blame on each other, still leaving me without answers.
