Below is a copy of the email I sent to head of the Alternative Teacher Certification Program and the President of Huston-Tillotson University, They have not responded, I have called and left many messages but still no response. This is the worst HBCU in United States. It is sad to see that a University would charge thousands of dollars and then make false statements and refuse to fulfill their obligations. I have also tried calling the school for my refund. When I started in August 2018, I was told that my financial aide will post to my account by Jan 2019 and I will be notified about a possible refund. It is now almost June, and I have yet to hear anything! I keep getting the runaround from the ADP Accounting department as well as another individual (I will leave her name anonymous, for now) and they take forever to respond via email, and when they do, they shift the blame on each other, still leaving me without answers.
