I placed an order on Hustle's website mid last week, since then I have not received any updated. I sent two e-mails with no response. I started the process for a claim in PayPal, I do not suggest buying anything from this company.
Placed an order around March 19th and the products were listed as in stock. Turns out the products weren't in stock and I would be receiving a refund. Fast forward to present and I still haven't received my refund and it's been over a month. Now I'm seeing dozens of posts with people having the same problems. In short do not trust hustlepaintball.
Placed an order online, didn't have anything in stock. Did however return money quickly.
I ordered a product from Hustle Paintball about 4 months ago. The item never came so I sent them an email to figure out what was going on. They said that the product was no longer available and that they would give me a refund. I still have yet to receive the money and it has been almost a week since I have had contact with someone due to the fact that they will not answer any of my emails? I want my money back! I have no less than 16 hours tracking down my money only to find out Hustle has had it all along. My attempt at a purchase began Feb,12. I was given the option of a refund or my order would be held till the end of the 1st quarter...after the site had said all was in stock. Well it wasn't and I was notified via email. I was sent a pdf file showing my money was refunded. It did not show on my card. I began the dispute process. Emailed them twice now and messaged them on facebook and still no reply. Probably the worst customer service ever.
I ordered some gear and even paid extra for faster shipping and havent received my stuff. I am even calling and it says you guys are closed. Wtf is going on if you guys going out of business then dont accept money from us. I need to get my gear or my money back asap and people dont order from this guys point,blank period.......
Never purchased from, but have had great communication with them about products, email was responded to within 48 hrs. My questions were answered and then some.
