Her name is Alana. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our Black Friday sale cleaned us out of all of our popular items. As did our suppliers. Thus, our suppliers are out of stock and we can't receive any new product until after the holidays most years. So we are forced to sit on our thumbs until they get product back in stock, while we call/email customers and inform them of the delay.
