Have ordered from them twice now. One of my items weren't even in stock. But it didn't say that on the website. No I'm waiting for my virtue lock lids. And can't get a hold of anyone. Via email,Facebook,and calling. I will not be ordering from them again.

I've ordered several things over the last weeks from Hustle. Having an alpha black and being very new to paintball, I'm late to the punch on many items for that gun so they're typically out of stock. If the item is out of stock, they let me know and try to help me out as best as they can to insure that I have a pleasant experience and get to play as much as possible. Thanks to all the guys at Hustle paintball that have helped me get my setup to where I want it to be!
Was given false information on a discontinued product which i payed for and kept waiting to ship to me for 4 months because shipment kept being "delayed" to them. Then my refund is taking forever as well...

We apologize, sometimes we don't know that something is discontinued until we ask the manufacturer, and then, sometimes they don't get back to us right away. I'm glad we were able to get things sorted out and if there's ever an issue with refunds after a few days, we encourage people to get in touch with their credit provider!
Hustle is by far the best in paintball customer service, and by far the greatest in paintball videos and reviews! Keep it up !
