The communication with the staff is horrible. Patients care is delayed due to their miscommunication. When I speak to the front desk Laura she gives me the run-around. When I have asked to speak to the office manager, I am not able to. The reason given to me is "the best way to get in contact with Fin is via e-mail". I have reached out via e-mail to Fin and 1. no response. 2. I ask for a call for a follow up and never received it. I would not recommend anyone to follow up with this Primary Care Physician.
This lady shouldn’t be in practice.
Absolutely horrible do not visit this doctor the wait is very long I’ve waited up till an hour and paid out of pocket just for the doctor to not listen to anything I had to say and rush me out if I could give 0 stars I would everything takes over a month to come back referrals ,prescriptions and lab results and every time I come in they have new staff nothing is ever consistent
Dr lqbal is very compassionate to your medical needs.she treats you with true concern very thourogh and dedicated to all your medical issues that might arise. .and she also gets you in and out relatively fast (that part I love) and her staff is so friendly and makes you feel right at home and very comfortable and very eager to to answer any questions or concerns as well
