Fire Door has great food. My husband and I have been going there since early summer. We thought we had found “our place” but lately the service has been terrible. Not sure if they need more help or different help. We’ve given them several chances and are about ready to give up. Please, hire more help or more qualified help!

Nice place. Bartender was friendly. Seemed a little pricey for a Monday afternoon with no one there.
Food was great, but poor service. Maybe need another server. Waited forever and ever to get bill, then she failed to return my card with the bill. Didn't catch this, but she did chase me out the door with it. Those lights in the ceiling shine right in your eyes.
Great burgers and beer!
Service was extremely poor. Ordered drinks and asked for food menus. Got our drink over 10 minutes later. Never did get a food menu until one of us went and found our waiter to complain that we hadn't received them yet after at least another 15 min had gone by. She never did come back to wait on us. One of the bus boys finally helped us. I don't think we will ever go back.
