Provider pushed meds without discussing what they were/side effects/causes of my condition and outcome
The way the doctor and his assistant mandate patients choose "only one problem" to discuss in an office visit seems bizarre and unprofessional to me. I don't trust them to take care of me.

My provider explained my condition and gave advise on upcoming surgery. He explained my MRI results and made me feel comfortable that he had my best interest in mine.
Dr. Alkhersam is one of the best physicians I have interfaced with in a long time. I feel lucky to have him as my Neurologist. In my opinion, he's a top-shelf doctor.
Would highly recommend this practice
Dr. Had zero bedside manner. Absolutely no warmth and seemed to treat patient as an object. Questions and responses were militaristic in tone, curt and cold. We've seen a lot of medical facilities and this was quite unusual. There were two other MD's in the room who were there for training and they didn't utter a word. One left in the middle of the appointment.
