i had a very disappointing experience at this office. Scheduling is a nightmare—patient calls go unanswered, voicemails are often full, and even when messages are left, no one calls back. During my visit for an EMG, the nurse performed the test, and the doctor, Dr. Husam Alkhersam, spent barely any time with me. He asked maybe five questions, briefly poked me, and only mentioned “nothing abnormal” after I directly asked. Horrible patient care and communication. Been waiting for over a week for a simple refill and have not been helped. We can never get through to the office and the close earlier than listed. My mother is battling stage 4 cancer and just needs a refill. Has yet to be resolved.
Was a excellent experience now all the staff there.
