I️ have brought my pup Percy to get groomed twice now and they have done an outstanding job! They clean him up and give him the furminator bath! And that shampoo service is a god send! If you have a pet that sheds like crazy get the furminator shampoo,you’re welcome in advance! Thank you brandy for treating my baby so great and making him looks so handsome! I️ won’t go anywhere else for his grooming needs!
I have never had a bad experience here - my dog utilizes the grooming services as well as veterinarian services and they are so on top of making sure all animals have all their vaccines and shots before they are allowed to stay or be seen there. As a dog parent it is such a relief that they take the extra precaution to keep our fur babies healthy and safe. Staff has always been very friendly- welcoming and informative. First time boarding. Our dogs were very well cared for. Staff was responsive to phone calls during the week when we checked on them. Check in and out was easy. Would recommend Bed and Bisket to our friends for boarding and we would board our dogs there again
The staff and Dr. Kaur listens well and responds to my questions with well thought out answers. Everybody I have met at the clinic expresses their love for their meowing or barking clients.
Dr Medley and the rest of the staff here are doing what they do for the right reasons..they love animals..and it shows! They are so good with my two dogs & they go above & beyond for them & us. They saved my dogs life when every other vet in the city of Louisville had turned us away. We will never take our fur babies anywhere but here. I would recommend if you have animals in your life that are your world, that you do the same.
Warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. We boarded our dog before going on vacation. I called several times checking on him and each time the Doctor said he was just fine. When we went to pick him up I ask the doctor how was he? She said he was fine. They told us that we had to go outside at a different door to get him because he was quarantined?? When we got him he was soooo very sick with the flu, they did not medically treat him and they lied to us and left our poor sick baby in a cold dark room. I am so VERY ANGRY at this pla... read more
