Dr Kaur and the staff at Hurstbourne Animal Hospital are the best! I take my golden a couple days a week to doggy daycare . He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot! I also go to Marina , the groomer there. She does a excellent job with him!
My stepmom & Dad’s smaller dogs had a horrible grooming experience at Petsmart several years ago. She was struggling to find a groomer, luckily I met Jackie. I told her all about Tiger & Angel. She assured me that she’d do wonderful things, I recommended her to my stepmother. Tiger & Angel LOVE her! She does such an amazing job that we took our Little Bit to her too. She’s the best! She’ll even send me updates and pictures! We love it there!
Make reservations 2 weeks in advance for 5 days of dog boarding and shots. Called to confirm 1 week ago. Today, 2 hours before my flight out of town, they said she was out of date on the flu (which they told me 2 weeks ago which is why she was getting shots also) so she would have to stay in the hospital in a cage where she was too big to stand up. For 5 days. They said they were 'sorry to inconvenience me'. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a vet. Ive never written a review before, and this made me do it.
Definitely not recommended. Watch your wallet. Unwarranted, ridiculous charges added to my grooming bill for dematting when my dog WAS NOT matted and gave vaccinations that were not needed without my consent. This place is shady and will do anything to overcharge for an extra buck.
My 2 dogs were picked up from lodging over the weekend. Both dogs were in separate rooms and reeked of urine and their fur was stained. I didn’t notice this until they got in my car. I called the hospital to explain how upset I was for them to allow my dogs to urinate in their rooms and allow them to return filthy. Their response was to visit the groomer, who was booked for the day and pay for a bath. I was LIVID. Very happy with my experiences here so far!!! The staff is AWESOME and have treated both of my babies like their own. Leo is doing fantastic since his grooming & neutering in March and Gizmo had his first visit today!!!
Was a new client with a kitten and wanted to find a decently priced Vet office closer to the new house. So glad I chose here. Always get right into a room and never stay very long for the visits. Very respectful and knowledgeable staff. Now we've added 2 puppies to our home and am glad we have a great vet so close to home.
