We dropped off our two Senior dogs for boarding Tues-Sun with grooming to be done on Saturday, the day before pick up. From the beginning, it was an unorganized mess. Dropped my 30lbs mini golden doodle off before 8am for grooming. I started calling to check on her at 3 pm, she wasn’t ready until 6:30pm. So she was up there for a total of 10.5 hours with no exercise, food, or water. NEVER AGAIN!!! The staff was rude, per usual. This is the second and final bad experience with this establishment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE(.) If you need more reasons PM me, I have plenty

We’ve been going to Hurstbourne Animal Hospital for 4 years. We’ve always had a good experience until today. We dropped our dog off early- my husband was the first one there. He was to get 3 shots and groomed. First off, his grooming did not look as good as it did the other times. He looks like they took a straight razor and just chopped him on the front and sides. His hair is so crooked, and they shaved his legs down so he looks awkward. Of course that will grow back, but he was there a long time. We called after 8 hours of... read more
Always good service. My dogs are always excited to go here. I take their enthusiasm as a good sign.
Best groomer ever but be careful of being over charged by the doctors. I was incorrectly quoted for cat declaw 3x’s. Picked up my cat & it was double the quote! Get everything in writing!
Everyone here is really friendly and kind. Snickers has gone for wellness exams, ear infections, grooming, and has stayed at the lodge twice. He is always happy to go there!
