They had the tool i could not find all over town
Ace is always twice as expensive, but they definitely have more options.
My car key fob mechanism broke, and the key wouldn’t stay enclosed. Honda quoted $175 for programming a new key alone despite mine still working. Went to Ace, and Paul took care of me! He used my own mechanism, cleaned it, and gave me a new key fob for $31!
Any local Ace hardware is great, I always know going in if I can't find it there there no use looking elsewhere. There is always helpful, friendly and knowledge staff too!
