I dropped off a chain saw blade Thursday (5/14) around 8:30 AM. I was told they sharpen chainsaw blades on fridays. I asked if it would be done by 3 PM because we were going out of town Friday around 5 PM. The guy told me it could be done and that he would put a note on it so they did mine first and got it done. I was running behind and called (around 4:45) to make sure it was done because I never received a call to pick it up, and I was supposed to be on the road at 5 PM.
