Ordered my shutters directly off the website, type of shutters, size, color, drop it in the cart and pay with card! Easy peasy!
This round I ordered $2800 worth of clear and aluminum panels of various sizes and paid $1800 in insurance costs and shipping to New York. Counting prior orders of tracks and test panels I paid HSW about $7k. The story is rather long but in this review I will focus on the latest iteration and leave the entire story for another review. Three Stars is the very best I can offer. The communications between Hurricane Shutters and myself was the absolute pits. I called several times during business hours, with no return call. Sometimes (twice) no answer at all. I got bogus information as to the status of my order. I was finally told that my panels were experiencing a long backorder delay. Horrible communications!
