The parts I ordered (Egress Turn Locks) came faster than expected, which is a good thing! Slight mishap in that one unit was missing from the order but HSW has said that they will make good on it by sending the missing piece. The lock itself works well and came as described. Very happy over all.

Purchased a rather large order (about $9K) to be delivered in California, was not completely sure about proceeding with order due to the distance. Order arrived mostly OK, with one piece of header bent. After not hearing from the carrier insurance (Route) I spoke to Matt at HSW and he agreed to take it from there and make good on the return policy.
