They make the best cakes and their cake decorating is top notch.
The new Ishpeming store is wonderful! Great remodeling work of a former restaurant and very friendly staff. My car just has to turn in when I go by. It is so appealing plus fabulous bread and muffins and other bakery items!
Great products, but customer service-not so great. I was waiting to ring out my purchase at the register with my cookies on the counter in front of me and the staff member walked up and said "I'll be with you in a minute" and then proceeded to to ring out the customer standing behind me. The customer she waited on had picked up almost the same product that I had, and walked to the counter about a minute after I had, but she was waited on first and I had to step aside so she could get to the register?????????
Always friendly, just wish there were gluten free option. It is REALLY not fun going there and not being able to eat anything!!
