I have a serious thing for nutty doughnuts, and both HMB locations have not only peanut, but CHOCOLATE peanut doughnuts! We stop in for my fix every time we are in the Marquette area. Great service every time we have visited. Also tried the jalapeno cheese bread, and it's delicious. I cubed up the rest of the loaf and have a strata baking in the oven right now.
Lovely cup of tea and cupcake on our travels through the UP. Montana is an excellent employee, cheerful, hardworking, polite and friendly. She served us today 2/26 and remembered us from when we visited in December. Great place.
I love everything about those place. Especially all the Joes cakes.
Just had my son's 3rd birthday. Ordered a personalized sheet cake with swirl insides and their house made frosting. I normally don't like cake but you truly can't go wrong with a Huron Mountain cake. They are the only bakery in town I will buy my cakes from! (Best bagels in town too)!!
Best bakery around the U.P. their cupcakes and croissants are absolutely wonderful.
