im giving this Urgent care a 5 star rating because there are so many Urgent cares out there with negative reviews. I believe its not easy to please every one in every way but i want to express my personal experience today. Went in with severe low back pain and had already been to another urgent care 3 days earlier which i won't mention. However the staff at Hurley Grand Blanc urgent care were very friendly and got me in quickly. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the MA and waited about 15-20 mins to be seen by the PA. Absolute joke. Took my 4 year old for an x-ray and ended up sitting there for hours with nobody going back, but plenty of people leaving. Receptionist was probably the rudest woman I have ever encountered and the nurse was extremely rude to my daughter. I will NEVER be back.
