The staff were all extremely patient with my lack of knowledge in regards to the medical system. Took care of my very quick and easy.
Called here at 5:30pm on Sunday. Explained my 6 year old split his head open and needed stitches and has a big fear of ERs due to a trauma and asked if we could be seen. Told them I would be there by 5:40. Got there at 5:40pm and was turned away. Leaving me no choice but to drive my son to the ER cause now all the urgent cares were closed. In torrential down pour at that. Complete waste of time and now my son’s freaking out, anxiety on a million. Garbage urgent care with slow employees. 0/10
