One of the best places to get mental health they are amazing
Don’t come and see Dr. Reyes she’s a pediatrician and she’s a CPS calling person. You miss one appointment and she calls CPS on you. My family has done everything this office has asked and they still want to call CPS for no reason. Best believe i will NOT be going to this place EVER again.
Normally we have a great experience with this office, have for ten years. Today the lady on the phone had a strong accent so I couldn’t really understand what she was saying, when I asked her to repeat her name ( because it sounds like she rolls her letters together like people who speak other languages do) and she told me “ well I’m speaking English” then I asked her to spell it because I still don’t no what she said and she told me no. Originally 5 stars **This is a great place with great doctors. . . .but we were recently there and stuck in emergency all night 8 pm till 11 in the afternoon. When hitting the call button for a nurse it took at least 10 minutes before someone came to check on my kid. Which in an emergency could actually be life or death.The chairs in the emergency room make you feel like you may need to be admitted after sitting in them for that amount of time. You better take the whole day off for one child's appointment. I am in the clinic now and my appointment was over an hour ago. STILL HAVENT SEEN A DR. AT ALL.
