Had the worst experience. Felt like they were forcing a specific medication on me. I felt pressured so I obliged. The medication was not helpful so I requested one that I know for sure works. All of the sudden, they stop answering my calls/I couldn't get in touch with my provider. I call my insurance to try and determine why the prior authorization is denied and they told me my provider requested TWO OTHER medications that were approved, neither of them being the one we agreed on (that I requested)!!! I had the same experience as Kreeoshia and had the psychologist they sent me to just up and stop responding to them so I never got my results from her. Went here for over 3 months just to have them tell me the same thing! Glad they got their money's worth from my insurance just to dismiss me over their own faulty practices!
