Our first contact with Hurlburt began with Ben. He understood the situation inside and out by the time he left our home. Compared to other proposals we received, his was the most thorough and easy to understand. The install of our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater was completed by Matt, Jonah, Jordan and Tim. There are good plumbers, there are great plumbers, and then there is Rob from Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing. Rob showed up as quickly as possible in an after hours situation where our basement had begun to flood from an unknown source. Rob worked quickly and effectively to diagnose the source of the water, confirmed our leak was not ongoing, assisted in the cleanup, stress tested our drains to ensure we wouldn't have further issues with any backup, and put us in touch with restorationist who are promptly responding to assess t... read more
Jared was excellent. I had wired new damper motors myself, but couldn’t get them properly wired to the control panel. Called Hurlburt and Jared was out the same day.
