This place is a joke! The staff is not friendly, unorganized and will ripe you off! Please stay away from this place. Look for other apartments for your college students. They will scam you at the end of your lease and take your money. Run!! My daughter has had the worst experience with them.
Submitted an application for apartment Housing with Huntsville Place. At that time a $125 fee was paid, $50 non-refundable application fee and $75 telecom fee. Spoke to Latoya Gurley would advised that the $75 telecom fee would be refunded if we decided to not rent the apartment or if the application were denied. You all have a crook in your midst at the rent office. Someone is embezzling rent money through that trashy rentcafe app. Over a thousand dollars of our sons rent money has gone mysteriously missing.
This is a terrible business. I have never seen any apartment complex that was so unprofessionally ran. They tell your business to other people that stay there I hate these apartments they don’t care about nobody but the people they cool with in that front office so if I was you I will not come to no unprofessionally place like this I would never recommended these apartments to anyone!
RecommendedHuntsville place is the most afforable its clean with friendly staff and I enjoy my stay here and highly recommend anyone to stay here
Huntsville place is the best place to live because you can do a lot while focusing on school.
