Awesome service! From the front door and all the way thru, clean!!!! Very hospitable....would highly recommend this facility and those who work there
Aweful . No customer service, no communication with patients in the ER. Hours of waiting and not even sure who your nurse is. Nausea and vomiting with severe pain had to plead for meds. Dr cold did not even tell us what tests he was going to order just walked out. Unprofessional, uncaring, bad customer service and hope we never have to go back there.
I had to get a ultrasound on my legs and a echo done on my heart. The nurses were kind and understanding that was a first for me. They helped my husband back in June 2016. The nurses in IMU were so sweet and funny.
I had the most wonderful nurse who happened to be a trained midwife as well. She helped me through a good portion of my 19 hour labor and made every extra effort you can imagine. Ms Rina you are the best and we love you!! Dr Montgomery was great with my delivery and I was up and walking the halls in less than five hours, all in all an almost painless stay to give birth to my son. Pretty happy mama.
