I arrived at 7:30 am and was 4th in line. There were no appointments available, but website stated walk-in appts were being taken. They opened at 8am. At 10:30 they had called back 5 patients. Only two of those 5 had left the building. At 11:30, I was told that it would be another hour or so. I decided to leave @12. I was there for a COVID test. Ms. McCollum, We are sorry you had a bad experience at our center. If the Hold My Spot online scheduling was booked for two days, there were patients that filled those spots. But you are correct, we welcome walk-ins, but an estimate should have been given as to the expected wait. Our center is a joint venture with Huntsville Hospital and we do operate as an urgent care center with a nurse practitioner/PA or MD serving as the main healthcare provider backed up by a staff of an MA, x-ray tech and others. They take down your card information and say they will only charge you with a notice. However, they charged my account 3 different times without warning! 2 times on Thanksgiving morning! Drained my account on Thanksgiving morning!!!

I highly recommend this Team! Going to Urgent Team is something one never plans, but if you find yourself in need - this is the place to go. While vacationing many states away from home, I broke my finger. The entire team at Urgent Team was great! Their customer service is wonderful. I walked out without my X-Rays and they ran out after me with them. Fiance went there awful sick. The doctor was walking him back, she told the receptionist "we are going to be here forever" and was trying to rush him out. Tested him for the flu, it came back negative, but she said she was going to give him the flu meds anyway basically bc she wanted to leave instead of looking into it more. Ridiculous. Do your job.
Seeing i don’t like doctors i went to urgent team i have to say hands down they where quick painless and got me taken care of in less than a hour. So thank you Donna 😃 you did amazing treating me today.
