My AC was not working properly. Cool air but not cold, the temperature in the house never went under 79. I called HAC and Janet gave me some ideas on what to do. I tried those and nothing worked. I called back and was told a representative would be there in about two hours. I was also called when the representative was on the way. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable, and very experience with the Trane AC. Eric was able to solve the problem at a minimum cost to me. I received a quick service when I called with my a/c not cooling. They worked me into their schedule. Also the technician, Trey, was professional and got the capacitor replacement done in about 30 minutes. Trey has years of experience and does a great job.
