At 4:30 pm this past Friday, I returned home to find a very hot house! The AC panel indicated it was 79 degrees despite my thermostat being set on 73. I immediately phoned Huntsville AC and talked with Kathy. Kathy not only was friendly and professional, but she immediately said Brian was on a call but would get to me as soon as he could. Lo and Behold, Brian was at my door within 30 minutes and had my issue diagnosed and fixed in about the same time. Trey, the technician, went right to the problem and repaired it in short order. Checked out the entire system. Great experience and will definitely call Huntsville A/C the next time there is a need.
