Scheduled an appointment for treatment back in April for May 15th. Never heard from anyone all day on the 15th so I called around 3:30 pm to see when to expect the technician to come to spray. The woman who answered the phone said he didn't put it on his schedule for the 15th. I explained this appointment was made back in April, she kept telling me he didn't schedule it.
