Scheduled an appointment for treatment back in April for May 15th. Never heard from anyone all day on the 15th so I called around 3:30 pm to see when to expect the technician to come to spray. The woman who answered the phone said he didn't put it on his schedule for the 15th. I explained this appointment was made back in April, she kept telling me he didn't schedule it. I asked if she could call the tech to see if was coming today. She told me again he didn't put it on his schedule and hung up on me. Very rude office staff... read more
