Grateful my 2nd appt was better then the first the waiting time for your appt needs some major work. Some of the employees need to take a look at if this is a job for them especially working with patients in pain. Makes a big difference when your a patient n have the uncaring attitude with staff.
My appointment was a 1:00 I arrived at 12:45. It is now 2:35 with several patients coming in a being seen during my entire time with 1:30, 1:45, etc. appts. A guy walking out who came in at 2:00 side hang in there. I have asked to speak with the office manger which the clerk suggested. The manager refused to come out of the office and the told clerk to tell me to "just wait for the doctor". I assure you if I did not need the epidural today, I would have walked out. Hi I have been going Synovation for about a year now for severe neck and back pain I have improved so between the pt and injections for my neck I feel better than I have in 20 years Dr Karen Jersey is the first Dr to get me on track to be pain free all the office staff are professional and friendly and your appointment time on time Thank you Dr Jersey and staff
