My apartment is pretty nice but work orders do take forever! Kind of a party apartment.
Yeah not so great. Office has been awful at dealing with maintenance requests.
Not a recommended place to rent. Several requests to fix to many problems for a 1st move in and no action. Going thru new management. Pools are a hazzard with rotting, rusting fence. Not cute outside.
