Trash apartment. We routinely have either no power, or no water. The office staff lies, doesn’t care, and routinely dodges/hides from residents. S2 bought this property and has plans (viewable on their site) to raise rent over 40%. There’s crime and gunshots all the time. Your packages will be stolen. Your car will be broken into. This place is a terrible place to stay. You have to put in multiple work orders for anything to get done. Roaches infest that place even when your place is clean and if the staff and management don't like what you have to say they get extremely rude with you. There is also always an extreme extreme lack of parking you have to drive around for sometimes hours just to find a spot.
