This is for their Business Department, you will royally get screwed with them, follow-up to insurance and financial matters are awful. You must take extra precaution. The staff is not motivated to help or do their job. Has anyone else had billing issues with them?

I am reporting that because I do not want any one to go through what I went through. As an MD I thought this is one of the best hospitals. I asked the paramedics to take me over there when I had excoriating pain due to a disc prolapse. I never felt so humiliated after I was left in the ER for more than 2 hours no one is asking why I am screaming . Then finally I was called the ER MD said it is just a disc herniated and you can go home. After I insisted he admitted me for pain control and I was seen by a neurosurgeon who advi... read more

Came here for back surgery and all the nurses and doctors were fabulous friendly and compassionate . I was here for 5 days and received wonderful care the whole time�
