HONDA NIGHTMARES Our "NEW" Honda has made our lives a Nightmare. 4 weeks ago we picked up our New Honda at Huntington Honda and it was mud spattered at all 4 fenders having just been driven through the mud.. Service Department Lies I called for a price quote on OEM tires and spoke to a service representative named Alex. He stated that the Michelin tires they sell for my vehicle are different and better than the same Michelin tires sold elsewhere (ie, Costco, Mavis, Tire Rack etc) because Honda has them specially made to meet their standards with a thicker side wall. Huntington Honda is misleading and dishonest I echo the sentiments of the customers who say dishonest as we went in to buy a car and were told of upgraded features including an XM radio but upon purchasing it, was told this model does not come with it. We wound up purchasing the vehicle because it was not a main factor in buying the vehicle but the fact that we were duped and the mistake was not admitted to nor did they offer to compensate us made it feel intentional. love my car!! I love love loved the Honda Fit so when I needed a new car thats what I wanted more than anything. It wasnt a lot of money so I could afford it with a trade in I went to huntingon because its in my area and they gave me a good price for my old car and a good deal on the new one. Confrontation with a Sales man I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by a salesman. No one wanted to explain anything and they just wanted a sale. They took advantage of my youth and the fact I was a female. This dealership use to be the best Honda dealership in the country, I highly doubt it is now!
LIARS AND CROOKS I bought a new car from Huntington Honda. From the beginning, I complained about poor mileage. After writing to Honda HQ, they agreed to a Fuel Consumption Test. Amazingly, in their test, the car got over 30 mpg. But after I got it back, my mileage went back to 19 mpg overall. They lied. While the test was going on, they gave me a loaner car. A+ Sales - No Problems, No games, No pressure. We just bought a 2010 Insight from Huntington Honda. I did my homework, talked to other Honda owners who bought there. Knowledge is power I bought a 2010 Crosstour from here. Went through http://capitalone.zag.com to get the quote, which was $6053 below MSRP including all the fees + TTL-lowest in tri-state. Walked in with e-quote and out in 45 minutes with everything worked out; declined all add ons thrown at me. Went back to pick up the car in 2 days and was same fast and pleasureful experience. buying process was smooth and quick. I would do further business with this dealership based on my prior experiences with them. They helped my wife and I finance a new Accord, I got a fair price on it and the payments arenât high, at all. The finance department manager made sure we'd be able to make payments with ease and so far all has been going very well. We both enjoy the car very much so and our buying process was smooth and quick.
