Mostly quiet. Security gates need fixed. Floods badly when it rains. Decent price though for rent. Gotta take the bad with the good i guess.
Well.. I don't feel like I'm gonna get robbed when I pick up Tulsa Taxi and Airport Services clients here. They had a salt truck spreading salt. It seems as though they care about the place. That's more than I can say for a lot of other complexs' I visit.
WORST APARTMENTS - PLEASE STAY AWAY Do not, I repeat do not rent here. First, the place is very unsafe, the gates are not secured and do not work, lot of people drinking in the parking lots frequently and will stalk you and there is always glass shattered everywhere in the parking lot. Second, units are not in good condition, broken fences, pet feces in open patios and walkways, walkways filled with mud, poor woodwork and finishes, walls poorly painted, trash get piled up the HVAC does not circulate air well inside units and... read more
