when you go to the office there is no on there and when they are there and you have a problem they tell you that they will call who ever it is and nothing gets done and there mantiance people do not know what they are doing can't even wire up a wall outlet the right way and they are constantly coming in to the apartment to do inspections and are really nosey looking at everything you have in your apartment they also have someone on there mantanice crew who likes to steal and go into apartments when the person is not home .
I lived there for 25 years and watched United Realty Management/Watertown Associates run it into the ground! They were too busy setting up nice little packages for themselves! I watched this company misuse tenant rents, utilities ect. They are only n it for their jobs and don't give 2 shits about the tenants! I was in apartments that have had mold, roaches. Over run by dogs and cats on the down low. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and sad I have to say so because this was one of the best places in town even though ... read more

This is the worst place to live, for yourself and your children. It's disgusting. Their buildings are nasty, barely ever cleaned. The people who run it clearly do not know what they are doing. I suggest no one live here even if its your only option because you'll end up on the street anyways.

I live here currently and it's a nice place to live. Nobody bothers me and I mind my own business. Other than disrespectful neighbors all night long. Stomping and running back and forth thru Out there up stairs apartment while myself nd 2 small kids r trying to sleep. If I have a problem with my apartment I tell the lady in the office and maintenance is there the same day to fix it. So thumbs up to them. Y'all are doing a great job.
