1135 apts. Happy renter! Staff is great, very helpful. I've lived here for 16 years and new management is great
I love this Community The apartment complex eleven35 is commendable. The staff consistently demonstrates a helpful attitude, and maintenance is prompt in addressing any issues that may arise in your unit.

Eleven35 Apartment Homes Eleven35 apartments is such a great property to live at!
I love this community!!! I move in 6 months ago and I have to say this is the best community, the management is friendly and always there to answer any questions, the move in process went smoothly, the community is clean, my apartment was well maintained and newly remodeled. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and take care of any work orders I have.
New Management is FANTASTIC! Eleven35 is a wonderful community to call home! The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Amenities are excellent, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend Eleven35 for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX! 1. Horrible Management Bad Complex The complex horrible, the management is very unprofessional, and you will have countless problems with your apartment. Trying to get anything fixed is like pulling teeth and if you ask for an update you will be ignored. Run as far as you can from this place.
Run I lived there from May 2017 until April 2023. They never fix things and complain that they have so much to fix. I have been fighting with the new owners for months trying to get my deposit back. They told me that I was getting a full deposit back, but then never followed through. Phone calls and emails to Glennette go unanswered. If you want to be screwed over, then this is a great place for you. Otherwise, run. Do not rent from these people or anyone associated with Bosshardt property management.
