My service advisor was Kristian Brown, such a knowledgeable, polite and professional young man. He delivered great advice and returned my Grand Cherokee to me in record time. The in dash evaporator caused my AC to stop working… the mechanic must be a magician to complete this job so quickly! Great job Huntington Ram Service!
Absolute scam artists, changed out parts that were not in need of replacing when I clearly indicated which ones were the ones I wanted them to do. Trying to charge me 4X the parts price for a single door seal. Took weeks to get my vehicle during the original visit. A completely disgraceful shop. Do not recommend in any way.
I am very satisfied with how they helped me with my 2023 grand Cherokee. They handled the whole process very professionally and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
I took my Ram camper van in for what i thought were squeaky brakes. they couldn’t recreate the the issue, which i thought was odd. i also had the oil changed and tires rotated. everyone was really nice. anyway, i drove off and immediately heard the squeaking again and thought, really? did the tech have a hearing issue? it was loud and frequent. i took the vehicle back immediately and admit I was fired up!
