Over charged on services, don't return calls buyer beware
Questionable service.. They were great when they were placed both my batteries due to my faulty lemon Jeep, but I called one week ahead of time because my air conditioner was not working and the day that I took my car in informed me at the end of the day that they didn't do it and the excuse was "our A/C fixing machine is broken today " like a McFlurry machine or something...
Have my truck over 2 months!!!! Call the service number and no one answers for 2 weeks!!! Left messages to Cassidy the manager who promised me the world. Haven't heard from my service advisor for 3 weeks and they told me he is no longer with the company...I have never in my life had such a negative experience...they are so unprofessional...place is from the 70's , total incompetence from the techs to the management...if you even inquire about this place you are going to be sorry.
