It is located in a great area...downtown very close....loved it...miss it.
Lived here for a year in 1997 when my daughter was only 2 ... We actually got the contract to plant the Palm Trees on the site. Bringing back a whole lot of memories! <3 Loved it here :)
Spent the winter months to avoid snow at home and it was a great decision. Walk to the beach, to downtown, heated pool and spa. Heading back this winter again.

Great place to visit, great place to live! You can look, but you won't find a more hospitable park! Fantastic location and affordable rates as well.
