RecommendedIn my opinion, one of the best resorts to camp at. It’s super clean and staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love going there as a family because there’s so much to do. Heated pool, jacuzzi, horseshoe pits, Rec room. Just overall a great place to camp.

Reduce the long term resident units. Actually provide television service that does not require you to have a cable box.
Great Location. I took the bike path to Newport/ Balboa....fun. I enjoyed my stay across from the Sand and Sea....they take small to Big. .....Go RVing! The RV Sales Guy.
Its a tight parking lot, but price is right and you're across from sand & sea! You'll hear PCH traffic, but it shouldn't keep you up. No one around to enforce quiet hour, but hey, you're on vacation, right? Dogs will bark up a storm at the grass patch, which is where they put us (even though we have no pets). All in all, its great if you need to be close to the beach and hotels on same street are insane.
