Worst customer service ever, will be taking my money elsewhere. I walked in today to deposit a $12,000 check. I waited in line for 25 minutes, with only a single customer in front of me, I was never once acknowledged. No thanks for waiting or I’ll be with you in a moment, it was as if I was invisible. The teller took the 25 minutes (that I was there for) to help someone withdraw from a checking account.
