Received 2 letters stating that that I had opened a checking and savings account. I called them and reported that I had not opened any accounts with them. They said that they would send it to their fraud ***** and the fraud ***** will give me a call back. We will see.

This bank is at the very bottom of the barrel. They will ruin your credit score and eat your payments with free and made up charges.

Terrible banking institute. I have to place daily calls several times a day just to try and get someone to return a call.I have a SBA loan with them and they have a lien on all my vehicles. I was told I cannot get a release of the title for 4 to 5 weeks. That's it. I cannot elevate the situation.I now have a 8 passenger vehicle sitting with no plates and being insured at a commercial rate which is more then my SBA loan.There is absolutely no customer service with them nor compassion of a situation.I would never send anyone t... read more

The bank open an unauthorized loan for $100,000 I never asked for and charging $250 for it. I am on the phone for the last 2hours and couldnt solve the problem . I am 87 years old and this is a fraud from the bank I am his wife

Who is the brainiac that implemented "early pay". Why was I opted in without being asked? That program makes absolutely no sense to me. If you get direct deposit of your weekly paycheck, then it might help you the first week of early pay, but then you're right back where you were before, getting paid every seven days, really Huntington?

Don't get me wrong I have not had any issues with Huntington Bank as a company but I had a really poor experience at the branch located at Garfield and 15 mile rd. I think the training and management should be evaluated. I went in their branch on 6/25/21 to have a change of account filled out and signed by a bank teller. I usually bank with **** ******* but they have no physical bank here in Michigan and no other credit union services them so everything I do has to be done through an ATM. I had an issue with *******and an electronic debit for an auto loan that *******was just not capable to solve. A rep I spoke to at my home bank Huntington worked with me to help me figure out what must have happened. She did it quickly and kindly and efficiently. It was like night and day in talking with her vrs the *******reps. I wish I had caught her name.

I paid my Capital ******** charge on due date with TCF on line banking and expected it to be paid electronically and on time as it has done in the past over the 15 plus years. I received a past due notice and a $25 penalty from my ***** TCF paid it with a check which would be received 5 to 7 days late! **** ****, a financial relationship banker at the **** ************ ******* ******** ******** ** ****is Terrible. She is extremely rude when it came to personal finances and customer service. Retraining is required for the respect for the customers which she is poor at.
