I would not give this bank any positive review. Never in mu life have I ever experienced such scandalous fraudulent thieving actions by a bank: I took a very very very large check (inheritance 6 figures).to Huntington Bank in.sturgis. Had a terrible experience moving my funds from my IRA CD. The bank gave my new advisor a hard time and delayed the transaction resulting in my being charged a $400 fee! The branch manager apologized but the charge stands.
Get DocuSign it’s 2025! Nothing like waiting in line for over 10 minutes to be told that you need to go talk to someone in an office and then for him to tell you need to get in line ! There banker that opens new accounts Suggested my wife close an account and open a new one because her dad needed to sign off of the account, I’ve never heard of someone recommending to close an account that you’ve had for over 16 years because they do not offer Esign or Docusign. Really great location, the old Meijer location was my personal favorite but that closed unfortunately. But the staff is great here and the lobby always looks nice. The outside ATM use to have issues a few years back but seems to work correctly now.
