RecommendedI love Greystar! My leasing consultant worked so patiently with a video presentation (I was scared to go out at the time) and answered all my questions through email and calls. Her personality and the way she worked with me from start to finish is what further convinced me to go for a visit and choose this community as my home. I can’t wait to finish decorating 😊 By the way, the amenities for pets are great, my dog is so happy! On top of the 24 hour gym and convenient -in community- shopping center.

I do not recommend greystar, they refuse to give our $400 down payment back! 3 days before our move in date we have to cancel since our house closing sell date is moved end of the month. Their agent Cristal Cedillos keep bugging me to pay the down payment even I told her we aren't sure yet to commit until our house appraisal, we wanted to make sure everything goes through first! But she keep insisting that the company wants the down payment so I paid it, and now I know why, so they can keep the money when we cancel. There's ... read more
So very good. We loved it. The amenities are amazing and the staff is like family. The community events are generous, thoughtfully planned and fun. If you decide to live here, it will be one of your better decisions!

This is a dump apartment complex. its got high crime, car thefts, drug dealers and absolutely horrible quality of low-grade apartments. Do not rent here. there's lots of fake positive reviews from probably the employees. skip this place and find a reputable company.
