My mom passed away last November and I have been trying ever since to get her deposit back. I was met with inept employees if anyone was on site at all. Worst apartments ever had so many problems for as mold bugs spiders etc coming thru the door , we paid rent twice and still got an eviction notice , all the landlords were the worst don't care about anything that has to do with the apartment; just their rent money, they don't fix anything just say they do , just DINT LIVE HERE FR !
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Where do I even begin… It was fine living here with the old management and only paying $719 per month, on-site manager, clean grounds, a pool that was ready, etc. with new management. There is no on-site manager, They raised the rent to $934, we don’t know when the pool is gonna open, Trash is all over the ground. Plus, my neighbor and I both dealt with drain gnats. Long read for some, but worth it if you intend on living here. Huntington is a somewhat quiet living environment with different cultures existing within. It offers a community pool, basketball court that used to have two goals, now just one; but it works, unlike a few of the swings from time to time. The playground area is utilized but it should be upgraded. The items there have been there for a long time and the grounds are awful.
